The exclusive NATA and IFBOA member-only Workers Compensation Insurance Program provides a proven option to combat the increasing cost of insurance premiums. This years return is just another example of the success of the IFBOA Program, which has a projected 22% ultimate return to its participants, payable over a 5-year GER payout schedule. The success of this Program is due in part to participants promoting a safety culture and returns are contingent upon the safety of employees. Routinely validating and updating these practices supports profits for all.
